To All Board Members, Council of Advisors, Council of Presidents, and Committee and Task Force Members:
REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the National Board Meeting and Forum January 25–27, 2024, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Please take note of the schedule details and location below, and we hope to see you in Honolulu!
Get ready for some sun and fun! Cheryl Ernst and the Honolulu Chapter have been working very hard putting together our meeting along with very special tours, some of which are optional on Sunday and Monday. We will be staying at the beautiful Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort Hotel with our meetings held at the University of Hawaii Manoa Campus. On Saturday following our NB meeting, we will be joining members of the Honolulu Chapter in celebrating their 50th anniversary!
We hope most of you will attend in person. Cheryl has arranged with Hawaii Airlines for a special rate for ARCS members. The Affiliate link provides a discount for Hawaiian’s “lowest available online fare” on non-stop flights from Phoenix, Portland, Seattle and California (Long Beach, Los Angeles, Oakland, Ontario, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco and San Jose) as well as Boston, Las Vegas and New York. VERY IMPORTANT: the link to the airlines is not to be shared with people outside ARCS or we will lose our privileges!
For those unable to travel, we are offering the option to participate virtually for the Forum on Friday and the NB meeting on Saturday. Please note, there are separate registrations set up for member in person, guest in person, and for member virtual.
Details are below. We hope to see you in person or on zoom.
Sincerely,
Beth Wainwright
