This will be a brief meeting to discuss how best to collect input from the chapters for two projects:
1. Event web page updates. Updating the web page with the list of "Upcoming Events" and the web page built for a CiviCRM event. These pages are not interesting and we can do better. Many chapters use the CiviEvent management and we want to have pages that look more like those generated for EventBright and other event management applications.
2. Planning for our next platform. Is the Drupal/CiviCRM combination still the best option for ARCS Foundation? As part of the current long range plan, we need to collect requirements from each chapter for a technology platform to support the work of the chapter. We need to find out what chapters will use the platform provided by national and what features they need.
Here are some questions to think about:
We hope to have input from all the chapters for these important projects and want to make collaborating easy and convenient. In the past, the quarterly Zoom meetings were not well attended so this year we are hoping to come up with better ways for people to collaborate. Please have someone from your chapter attend this short organizational meeting to discuss these projects and other technology needs your chapter may have and settle on ways to collaborate.
