Sharon Hewitt Book Club

Join ARCS Oregon on June 9th at 7:00 pm via Zoom for the Sharon Hewitt Virtual Book Club. You will have the opportunity to meet Dawn J. Wright, who wrote Mapping the Deep: Innovation, Exploration, and a Dive of a Lifetime. Oceanographer Dawn Wright made history in 2022 when she became the first Black person to visit Challenger Deep, the deepest and most unexplored place on Earth - a trip that took her 10,000 meters beneath the Pacific Ocean's surface.
