This workshop will equip ARCS members and chapter leaders with practical strategies to grow and sustain a strong, engaged membership base. Participants will explore different approaches to identifying and recruiting new members learning from current chapter’s successes. The session covers best practices for recruitment, meaningful engagement, and recognizing member contributions. All within the unique culture and structure of ARCS chapters. Attendees will leave with actionable tools, ARCS examples, and a framework they can bring back to their chapters immediately to continue building a successful membership strategy.
