Cece Foxley and Kathie Miller of the ARCS Foundation Utah Chapter have been recognized by the Women United - United Way of Salt Lake for their contributions to the community. During Women's History Month the Women United - United Way of Salt Lake organization is highlighting their members who are making waves in Utah and paving the way for the next generation. Cece Foxley was the founding president of the Utah Chapter of ARCS Foundation, Inc and both Cece and Kathie have been long time board members supporting the mission of ARCS with generous donations of time and money.
